Meet Dr. Julie Swick

Dr. Julie Swick is a native of Florence, SC and received her undergraduate degree in Science Education from Clemson University. She graduated Summa cum Laude with Departmental Honors. Following Clemson University, Dr. Swick studied at the Medical University of South Carolina gaining her Medical Degree with honors. She then continued at MUSC completing an Internal Medicine Internship, Dermatology Residency, and Dermatopathology Fellowship. Dr. Swick served as Chief Resident during her final year of residency.

Dr. Swick is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology and the American Society of Dermatopathology. She has published articles in several dermatologic journals including the Journal of the American Academy of Dermatology and authored presentations at regional dermatology and dermatopathology meetings. Dr. Swick is double board certified in Dermatology and Dermatopathology.
